You can download the Evaluation from the link above but it will only work with an Evaluation license, for a working machine you will need to have an original media and license, there are some versions in torrent that have the original CD and license that you can use. Now if you install the Evaluation you can't upgrade it to a normal install by using a normal license with the Evaluation media, you need to do a new installation with non-evaluation media. POS2009 can only be order for OEM and you need to apply to the software vendor so you can buy it, and they usually take like 2 weeks for the process and sometimes you need to prove you are an OEM that use POS2009.
